Building C, completed in December 2023, has three of twelve office floors already occupied with current availability of 42,250 sqft. Building B, the third and final new workplace at Assembly, is now complete with availability up to 18,203 sqft. Building A is fully occupied by BT as their new South West Hub.

Assembly’s first phase completed in July 2021. Building A is let in its entirety to BT as part of their ‘Better Workplace Programme’. The building is now open with the first of 2,500 staff already in.

Building B is arranged over 7 levels with office availability from 1,700 sq ft for ground floor and whole upper floors of 2,700 & 4,500 sq ft.

Building C completed at the end of 2023. Three of its twelve office floors are occupied with current availability from 3,000 to 42,250 sq ft. It has exterior balconies on every level, with full-height windows providing natural light and spectacular views across the city.
