Join Mental Health Mates Bristol for a walk on 24th November

Mental Health Mates Bristol is a peer support group that encourages people to get moving and talking for their mental health.

Its next walk, this Sunday 24th November, will meet for a walk and talk, and plans to stop and look at artist Alex Chinneck's recently installed 'twisted' sculptures en route.

The walk is open to all and with no registration required, you are welcome to turn up on the day.

Mhm Bristol meets regularly to walk and talk without fear or judgement. People can share as much or as little as they wish and talk about almost anything.

You can find out more about the walk and get in touch with Mhm Bristol here. We hope the group enjoys their walk, visiting Alex's sculptures and spending time in Assembly's waterside park.
