Buildings B & C celebrate topping out

Assembly Bristol and the Galliford Try Building West Midlands and South West team celebrated a major milestone for Assembly Bristol on 14th September, holding a topping out ceremony for the development alongside developers Bell Hammer and AXA Investment Management (IM).

To commemorate the completion of the external structures of Buildings B & C, a final ceremonial pour of grout into a well void on the top of the site was carried out by Maeva Bregere and Rob Samuel from AXA IM.

Buildings B & C will provide Category A premium office space for Bristol businesses. All three buildings demonstrate the team’s commitment to utilising Modern Methods of Construction (MMC), featuring a number of precast elements including walls, edge beams and floors, as well as single precast concrete staircase. The construction of the development follows on from the successful completion of Building A in July 2021.
